Self love is a buzz word that gets thrown around a lot lately, and some of us might find it a bit hard to truly claim that you love yourself fully and completely. I hear you and am right there with you. It can be hard. So may I suggest that the initial goal you strive for is self acceptance. When we shift into acceptance we soften the resistance and negative self talk and move into more neutrality about ourselves, our bodies, our past and our lives in general. That is a stronger foundation to build on and we feel more at ease with ourselves. So as you walk the journey towards more self love, I have a few meditations that will allow your mindset and energy to shift into a more accepting, appreciative and loving space.
